Soonta had its humble beginnings with a small pop-up store on Waymouth Street in 2008, with a focus on fresh, crisp and colourful Asian fusion flavours
The menu includes fan favourites such as bánh mì, bún bowls, salad bowls, rice bowls and cold rolls, and who can go past a delectable, traditional Vietnamese iced coffee.
The SA-grown business is dedicated to the creation of healthy meal options, and pride themselves in sourcing all produces from local farmers.
It has been a great 12 years for them, and since then, the franchise has expanded to 13 stores across South Australia.
Soonta’s latest store opened in Westfield Marion just after Christmas last year, but they’re celebrating with a grand opening on Thursday, 6 February.
