Haigh’s Chocolates has matched South Australian beer with its premium bean-to-bar chocolate to
create two new limited-edition chocolates – a perfect way to bring a smile to a loved one this
September.
The two new beer infused chocolates, hand crafted at Haigh’s Chocolates in Adelaide, will be
available to purchase as a loose chocolate and also in the Beer Chocolates’ Gift Box.
Milk Red Ale and Smoked Almond Ganache is a soft milk chocolate ganache centre infused with a
locally brewed Red Ale Beer topped with smoked almond and enrobed in milk chocolate.
Milk Lager and Salted Almond Ganache is a soft white chocolate ganache centre infused with a
locally brewed Lager Beer, salt and vinegar almonds then enrobed in milk chocolate with a white
decoration.
Haigh’s Chocolates Chief Executive, Alister Haigh said the new flavours followed on from its existing
Dark Stout Ganache.
“Our Dark Stout Ganache continues to be a popular choice with customers, so the team thought it
was time to further explore new flavour profiles using other styles of beer,” Mr Haigh said.
“What better time to look at this particular pairing then when we’re approaching Father’s Day.”

The Father’s Day range has a masculine feel in feature colours red, black and cream. The design echoes the look of a classic beer label, supported by a pattern which emulates beer bubbles.
