The festival season is officially about to start, and if you’re gearing up for a big one we’ve found the ultimate tiki-themed party to get you in high spirits.
Hosted by Hains & Co, in Gilbert Place, the Tiki Party is calling all seasoned scallywags, sea dogs and landlubbers for a right ol’ knees-up to celebrate the popular cocktail bars 7th birthday!
The event which kicks off at 8 pm on Saturday 19th February is set to be full of fantastic food, liquid libations, and good vibes only.
With yesterdays announcement that restrictions are being increased to 75%, plus outdoor vertical consumption returning, it’s even more cause to celebrate!
The nautically inspired bar with a passion for gin & rum, a love of the sea, and a penchant for whisky, is sure to facilitate a great night on the high seas.
There will be plenty of Rum for all those scurvy thirsty dogs and plentiful gin and whisky for the officers on deck…
Get into the Caribbean vibe with great tunes from Dj JD and burlesque dancing, all while sipping on some fantastic Tiki cocktails thanks to Plantation Rum.
Jordan from Smokey’s Deli will be on the grill providing mouthwatering burgers, with Plantation Rum sauces!
Slip on your best tiki outfit, book the uber and come in for a night of fun. (Impressive tiki shirts will be rewarded with a shot of The Admiral’s Spiced Rum).
You may find it difficult to find your footing, but by the end, you will walk off with your sea legs!
Wild celebrations begin at 8 pm on a first come first serve basis, so come early.
