On Sunday, October 5th, sunshine, sea views, endless bubbles, and a menu built around the very best the coast has to offer will take over the beachside venue, giving you a long lunch that’s totally indulgent.
From 12pm to 4pm, guests will settle in for an afternoon where the plates keep coming and glasses that never stay empty for long. For $99 per person, the set menu showcases fresh seafood, each perfectly paired with a curated list of sparkling wines.
The menu starts with warm focaccia with whipped nori butter and sprinkled with sea salt. Then comes a spread of ocean-bright crudos, including Smoky Bay oysters, shucked to order, scallop tartare, butter-poached prawns, and pickled squid with a Marie Rose twist.
It only gets better from there, with crab linguine tossed in lemon butter and topped with sourdough crumb and chive oil, followed by Robarra fillet served with caramelised celeriac purée, salsa verde and lemon oil. To finish, guests will be treated to a seasonal fruit panna cotta with drunken grapes and biscuit crumb.
This will all be served alongside a hand-picked selection of sparkling wines available both by the glass and bottle.

On the ground level, the Beachfront space is made for casual dining with your toes practically in the sand. The Seaview Dining Room & Bar on the middle floor has floor-to-ceiling ocean views and a refined dining experience. At the very top, the retro Rooftop Bar is the place to be for sunset cocktails, live tunes, and weekend energy.
