Returning for its 22nd year, the eating and drinking festival is on April 5-14 2019, when Adelaide and its surrounding regions will become a paradise of events showcasing food, wine, beer and spirits.

The first program has been released today with more than 90 events, with tickets also on sale from today.

Festival director Simon Bryant (The Cook and The Chef), programming director Jock Zonfrillo (Restaurant Orana) and beverage director Nick Stock have put together the program, tapping into some of the hottest talent in the industry, both from across the world and closer to home.

Guest chefs coming for the occasion include Alex Atala (D.O.M, Brazil), David Thompson and Peter Gilmore (Quay), Shinobu Namea (L’Effervescence, Tokyo), Manu Buffera (Restaurant Manu, Brazil), Mat Lindsay (Poly and Ester, Sydney) and O’Tama Carey (Lankan Filling Station, Sydney).

And it’s not just all about Adelaide.

Or right in the heart of the city, you can top up your wine knowledge, glass by glass, at a series of wine masterclasses at East End Cellars.
