Hills fave FRED Eatery relaunching Friday dinners

After a pandemic-induced pause of dinner service, FRED will once again host dinners every Friday evening from April 30.

FRED Eatery is the breakfast destination in the Adelaide Hills, even winning Australia’s best brekkie in the region, and now the much-loved eatery is relaunching their Friday dinners.

After a pandemic-induced pause of dinner service, FRED will once again host dinners every Friday evening from April 30.

FRED will be taking it “low and slow” with slow-baked, braised and gently simmered dishes full of flavour to beat the autumn chill.

Dishes will include hearty lamb shanks, braised beef cheek and twice-cooked duck leg alongside FRED favourites such as sticky black chicken and Indonesian coconut soup. Desserts will feature quince & brioche pudding with miso caramel and green tea ice cream.

Combined with a selection of Adelaide Hills wines and ales, FRED will be the perfect spot for a cosy Friday dinner.

With a welcoming ambience and a stellar menu range of classics and fresh remixes, the FRED team have become pretty much everyone’s first choice to start (and now end!) their day in the Adelaide Hills.

Book online and choose your preferred dining space of the Rear Diner, bustling deli or the upstairs mezzanine.
