Henley Beach hotspot HNLY is marking its second anniversary with the launch of ‘Paradiso by HNLY’, a new Sunday destination poised to be this summer’s go-to spot.
Offering a fusion of Mediterranean flavors, exceptional drinks by 23rd Street Distillery, Balearic beats, and stunning sunset views, Paradiso by HNLY transforms Henley Beach into a picturesque Mediterranean escape.
Each Sunday evening, HNLY’s balcony will come alive with the essence of the Greek and Spanish islands. Patrons can enjoy a special menu crafted by Head Chef Edward Noble, alongside music curated by DJ Leeroy Brown.
The combination of Henley Beach’s breathtaking coastal views, sumptuous food, and blissful music promises a unique and relaxing end to the weekend.
George Kasimatis, co-owner of HNLY, expressed his excitement, “Paradiso by HNLY is where we deliver our ethos of presenting exceptional food and beverages in a beautiful setting,.”
“Our sweeping balcony overlooking Henley Beach is where you can relax and enjoy the sunset while our team caters to your every need, and you enjoy blissed out selections from DJ Leeroy Brown.
“Experience what HNLY has to offer over the summer months, perfect for those catch ups with friends and loved ones. We can’t wait to welcome you.”
Since its opening in December 2021 by hospitality veterans George Kasimatis (Georges on Waymouth) and Peter Louca (Louca’s Seafood), HNLY has become a celebrated venue for Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality.
The new addition of Paradiso by HNLY sees Chef Edward Noble, formerly of Melbourne’s AU79, Noisy Ritual, and Kissaten Alphington, introduce a seafood-forward menu that emphasizes light, fresh flavors and local produce.
Expect to see influences from the Amalfi Coast and Costa del Sol, including crudo seafood bars and oyster shucking.
Edward shares his vision for the kitchen, “Paradiso is about serving thoughtful, delicious food and small plates, perfect for sharing with friends.” Alongside this new concept, Edward has also introduced HNLY’s summer menu, featuring more seasonal seafood and simple, produce-focused dishes.
Hot tip: HNLY’s famous off-menu crayfish with hand-cut tagliatelle is available by request for most of the summer.
