Overlooking bustling Henley Square, HNLY’s cosy and elegant restaurant sets the scene for a truly special evening.
The stunning upstairs venue has all the class and the exquisite food to match, making it often thought of as the perfect setting for a special occasion. Diners gather for anniversaries, celebrations with family, or simply treating themselves to a memorable night out. But the restaurant is also the perfect spot to indulge on the regular, without breaking the bank, and the experience feels effortlessly special.
In fact, HNLY has made it more accessible than ever to relish a next-level dinner experience, rolling out two incredible weeknight dinner deals. Choose between a $35 pasta and wine combo, and an indulgent three-course shared Feed Me feast for just $55 pp.
The first deal will allow you to indulge in a delicious bowl of pasta and a glass of premium wine and a seasonal side for just $35 pp, so you can really treat yourself midweek with a ridiculously affordable price tag. That’s a great deal no matter where you’re dining, let alone at HNLY.
The Wednesday special is running all winter long, with the kitchen offering a choice of two pasta dishes each week that come straight from the heart and are freshly rolled out entirely in-house. The menu rotates every Wednesday and balances one meat-based dish with one vegetarian option. Of course, dietary requirements are accommodated as necessary.

The special kicked off last week with the HNLY kitchen dishing up a rich, slow-cooked lamb ragu bianco, with silky hand-cut pappardelle tossed through parmesan and fragrant oregano. On the lighter side, the restaurant plated up delicate ricotta gnudi, complete with sago, a touch of chilli, and fresh basil. You can expect new house made dishes just like these to roll out every Wednesday.
Being a seaside establishment, HNLY has maintained a focus on coastal wines, labels with vineyards by the sea. You’ll find an expertly curated range of Australian and Mediterranean drops on offer, with the perfect pasta pairing thoughtfully selected straight from the wine list. Plus, on the 24th of June, HNLY in collaboration with Peter Lloyd of Coriole Wines, will be hosting a night of canapes and five course dinner each course carefully paired with seven premium wines .

It’s safe to say you’ll walk out with a full stomach. In fact, restaurant manager Christopher Ryan guarantees it. “Many of us have European backgrounds, so we can’t have people leaving hungry, or we’d bring shame upon our families,” he laughs.
So, if you’ve ever wanted to kick back in the luxurious restaurant, watching the winter sunset, indulging in their beautiful house made food, paired with a premium glass of red or white, this is the deal for you.
But for those craving something even more decadent, the Winter Club shared Feed Me is the way to go. Devour three indulgent courses, yes, courses, not just dishes, for just $55pp on Wednesday and Thursday nights, and for Friday lunch as well.
As an example, this week HNLY served up potato rosti, garlic toum, smoked mussels, and whipped cod roe for first course. Then came confit chicken with hand cut pappardelle, and pork and fennel stuffed capsicum with labneh and brown tomato butter for mains. To finish it off, the restaurant served up sticky pistachio cake with pistachio toffee and vanilla bean ice-cream.
“It’s a chef-driven offering that changes often, showcasing the best of the season and the region. Amazing ingredients done well” Christopher says.
“Both offerings feature SA wine and produce. It’s our way of celebrating what we do in SA but also giving back to the region that supports us.”

These two specials share a theme: value for money. The reason HNLY does it is so locals can treat themselves to a top-tier dining experience mid-week without breaking the bank.
“We understand how tough the economic situation is, and we wanted to bring out something really wholesome that provides great value and gives people a chance to connect over great food and wine at the same time,” Christopher says.
For such a premium offering these deals are so fantastic that we wouldn’t be surprised to see people coming back each week to try the regularly rotating menus and further indulge.
And if you love the experience and you want to come back in a different capacity, make your way to the venue’s bar on Saturday, 5 July. The bar will be shaking things up with a one-off cocktail available as a part of the Henley Cocktail Trail.

So whether you book in for the Wednesday night pasta deal or the weeknight Winter Club Feed Me, HNLY is offering one of Adelaide’s most atmospheric dining experiences this winter. With rain pounding on the tin balcony and the sea breeze stirring outside, HNLY’s crackling fireplace and its warm, sleek dining room create an experience that feels truly premium. As you swirl your glass, gaze out to the restless sea, and voices soften in familiar company, you’ll find weeknight dining taking on a new allure.
