Located in the heart of the CBD, gorgeous garden café venue, Peter Rabbit, is promising to throw an unforgettable party to remember. The vibrant café by day transforms into an exclusively function space by night, coming alive with twinkly lights, a spacious garden to mingle in, a disco ball and a dance floor – everything you need to let loose during these summer months.
As you walk through the garden gates, you’re greeted with a quaint and quirky wonderland overgrown with vines. Built out of an old shipping container, the blissful venue is covered head-to-toe with greenery & rustic décor. It’s easy to see why Peter Rabbit has been such a hit.
“We’ve recently seen a lot of people looking for an affordable and unique space to celebrate their 21st and not have the hassle of cleaning up afterwards,” says Peter Rabbit’s Functions & Events Manager, Kristina Guehrer.
For a daytime function, your birthday celebration will include 2-hour exclusive hire of the undercover deck and garden, fit for 30 guests seated or 50 guests standing. Function hours are from Monday to Sunday and accepts bookings between 8am and 4pm.
For night-time events, Peter Rabbit’s function package includes exclusive hire of the entire café and function space (not restricted to 2 hours) and caters to up to 120 guests. Night-time functions are accepted from Monday to Sunday from 4:30pm, and includes usage of the venue sound system, microphones, and a Vinyl DJ deck.
Both day and night food packages start from $60 per head.
Their garden isn’t just limited to birthdays, but is also perfect for cocktail parties, engagements, corporate events and weddings for up to 120 guests. What’s more, Peter Rabbit’s funky little green caravan has been converted into a cocktail and gin bar for events, servicing daytime and night-time functions.
Food-wise, their function menu is sure to dazzle your guests. Their seasonally curated menu offers everything from canapes to epic grazing tables and even sit-down dinners. Plus, with a variety of drink packages to choose from, it doesn’t get much better than that!
