Holey Moley Has Nine New Holes (And One Of Them Is Magic)

Adelaide hot-spot and mini-golf-club-come-cocktail-bar Holey Moley has had a revamp and officially reopened its doors today with nine brand new holes.

And in super exciting news, Adelaide fans are the first in the world to play the brand new Great Hole-dini course, where punters will need a touch of magic to escape this maze of savage swords unscathed.

Other new holes include Gone Fishin’ (a shark themed course with a mean bite), Zappy Go Larry (everyone’s favourite Operation! board game has been resurrected, but poor Larry is looking a little worse for wear), Smells Like Teen Spirit (take a spin on the record player, and dodge the vinyls to win), Mazed and Confused (a patience-testing labyrinth), and Bedrock ‘n’ Roll (yabba dabba do around a prehistoric-themed hole, and buckle in for an epic photo opp).

Funlab – the masterminds behind Strike Bowling Bars, Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq and B. Lucky & Sons – first opened the doors to Holey Moley Adelaide in August 2017, on Pulteney Street in the heart of the CBD.

Since then over 200,000 Adelaideans have golfed their way through the popular club, swinging to DJ tracks, and swigging golf-themed cocktails including Sugar Caddy (vodka, peach liqueur, passionfruit, lime, and apple juice served with a hefty candy garnish), Austin Sours (Aperol, vanilla vodka, lemon juice, grapefruit sour, sugar syrup and egg white), and Cherry Ripe for the Picking (cherry liqueur, chocolate liqueur, coconut rum, milk, whipped cream, topped with Cherry Ripe).

Holey Moley Adelaide has 18 holes in total, with the layout of the 9 other holes remaining the same.

Holey Moley Adelaide is at Level 1, 162-170 Pulteney St. Open seven days. See holeymoley.com.au.
