Homegrown dads are racing for a cause with the Great Ocean Road Relay.

Determined to give back to the community and in particular the lives of young Australians, Clint and Matt have come together in partnership with The Sebastian Foundation to raise much needed funds to support youth mental health.

Clint and Matt are two amazing dads from Adelaide who are determined to give back to the community and in particular the lives of young Australians, they are partnering with The Sebastian Foundation as they undertake the insane journey to relay from Melbourne to Adelaide – 1090kms over 7 days – to raise funds and awareness for The Sebastian Foundation and in particular the Open Parachute in-school program.

Together with the publics assistance, they hope to raise money that will allow The Sebastian Foundation to empower young Australians with the skills they need to be resilient and confident—supporting their mental health so they can be the best version of themselves.

Now on day 5 of the relay, the boys just said goodbye to the Pine Country Caravan Park. To keep their spirits lifted, they had Steve Commando Willis tag in for the remainder of our journey in order to boost moral and bring a new wave of energy to the team.

With the help of physio Sammy putting on their running shoes, it gave Matt the support he needed to start off the running leg.

Matt ran his fastest leg yesterday completing 21kms in 2 hours 7 minutes with Clint and Steve flying alongside.

They just arrived in Kingston yesterday, so if you see them don’t hesitate to give them a beep and a wave. They even had the local school, netball and footy club ready to run/ride with them on arrival by police escort.

Having raised over $100,000, this train has no signs of stopping.
