To the delight of Aussie music lover’s everywhere, one of the country’s most successful and iconic rock groups are back with a triumphant home tour, and their first album release in over a decade. Hoodoo Gurus will return to venues across Australia in celebration of an incredible career that has spanned over four decades, and certainly shows no sign of slowing down.

With their first live show wowing audiences in 1981, 40 years later the band will be returning to the stage this December, with dates in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. Having given fans a taster with the release of their new single World of Pain, tickets to see the legendary four-piece will be released through a Frontier Member Pre-Sale on the 26th of May, with general release opened on the 28th of May.

Responsible for some of Australia’s most-loved rock hits such as ‘What’s My Scene’, ‘Bittersweet’ and ‘Death-Defying’ the band has collected an impressive 9 ARIA Top 20 albums and 9 ARIA Top 40 singles throughout their 40 year career.

One of the only places in the world able to appreciate the electric atmosphere of large crowds and live music, Aussies will not only be treated to a Hoodoo Gurus performance they won’t soon forget, but an appearance from US special guests The Dandy Warhols, who celebrated their own anniversary of 25 years in 2019. Lighting up stages across the country with crowd-pleasing anthems such as ‘Bohemian Like You’ and ‘We Used To Be Friends’, the indie favourites will appear alongside Hoodoo Gurus throughout the Australian tour guaranteeing an evening of raucous sing-a-long nostalgia.

The two musical giants will be taking over Adelaide’s Entertainment Centre Theatre on the 9th of December, so be sure to get your tickets early to avoid disappointment!
