A brand-new day festival, Sun & Sounds Renmark, is hitting the Riverland this October 19th at 23rd Street Distillery. Organised by Andrew Sarakinis (also known as DJ Sarez) in collaboration with 23rd Street Distillery, Sun & Sounds is set to be a day packed with live music, great food and of course, the best spirits and cocktails.
“It’s just going to be one of those awesome days out, where you’re sitting in the sun, with the umbrellas open, a few drinks, and a few different food options too,” 23rd Street Distillery’s Groups Venue Manager Hannah Papp-Horvath says.
“Get a group of mates together, listen to the music and have a bit of a boogie if you feel like it. Just make some good memories together over some good drinks.”
The festival will feature a lineup of artists including Adelaide’s own Day Drive band, Homegrown, and DJ Sarez & Jax, delivering non-stop hits from the 80s, 90s, and 00s, so everyone can sing along.
Of course, no festival is complete without fantastic food, and Sun & Sounds has festival-goers covered with a few different food trucks on site. From smoked meats, to Asian cuisine, and 23rd Street Distillery’s signature wood-fired pizzas, there’s great options for everyone.
At the heart of the festival is 23rd Street Distillery, known for its top-tier spirits. They’ll be serving up drink specials all-day long, showcasing their locally produced spirits, including vodka, gin, rum, and whisky. Alongside classic cocktails like cosmos and mojitos, they’ll also have fun and different creations that showcase their unique spirits like the raspberry finger lime gin.
