Under the direction of Executive Chef Gabriele Pezzimenti, “A Carnival of Fun & Flavours” promises to be an unforgettable culinary adventure.
The evening’s enchanting journey will commence with tantalising canapés, featuring Sundried Tomato Aromatic Pancakes paired with the 2022 Summer of ’69 Verdelho, complemented by the richness of 48-month aged South Australian Murray Bridge Cheddar.
Next, prepare your taste buds for a delectable entrée of Beetroot Risotto with Native Thyme, Parmesan & Pecorino Cream, elegantly paired with the 2022 Scooter Merlot, a perfect balance of flavours.
The highlight of the evening’s feast will be the Chef’s favorite Overnight Braised Lamb Shank, marinated in “The Boxer” wine and served with Parsnip-Tahini Puree, Marinated Zucchini, Smoked Pine Nuts, and Mint. This delightful dish will be accompanied by a special tasting of the 2021 Carnival of Love Shiraz, an extraordinary treat for wine enthusiasts.
Saving the best for last, the dessert course will feature the Miss Molly Massini Cake, infused with Miss Molly Shiraz and topped with Chantilly Brulee for a harmonious blend of sweetness. To perfectly round off the culinary experience, indulge in homemade Dark Chocolate and Fennel Bonbons.
