Inside owners Jamie and Trudy Bishop’s, gorgeous historic home, refurbed very recently and decked out in a soothing beach house design, you’ll be welcomed as family.
The yoga retreat will bring together a small group of people and take you on a journey throughout the weekend of assisted yoga, meditation, and Pranayama (breathing) guidance.
With a maximum of 10 guests, who can opt for twin share or individual rooms, the experience is both intimate and relaxing.
From there, you’ll likely enjoy a restorative sleep in their glorious king beds.
With Leisa Timms taking care of the yoga, the weekend introduces you to acupressure techniques and tips to take home.
Brain Boss Jen Ince will assist you in tweaking your mind, thoughts and direction – with healthy advice and techniques to inspire change, motivation and inspiration.
Included is what is described as a ‘heavenly’ head and neck massage from Leisa and a take home gift bag.
The weekend also features Jamie and Trudy’s hospitality with daily breakfasts, Friday night welcome platters and a Saturday night gourmet dinner.
The two night weekend is just $495 per person (in a twin share). The yoga retreat will take place over Friday 22 November ’til Sunday 24 November.
