Hugely popular F45 studio in Henley is making a move to Kidman Park this Saturday to a significantly larger space with a variety of new facilities.
A close knit team of owners and trainers, Paul Vandenbergh Emma Vandenbergh Joanna Sutton & Alipate Carlile have seen a huge growth in interest over the past few months necessitating the move to a bigger studio.

Their new space in Kidman Park is expected to be twice as big and now including showers, toilets, a new members chill-out area, and heaps of parking spaces.
To celebrate their new home, the rebranded studio, F45 Kidman Park will be having a free trial day this Saturday with spectacular prizes up for grabs.
You might walk out with a free 12 month membership which is valued at $3000. There’s also an Ultimate Challenge Pack up for grabs, which includes; 8 weeks of training, a heart rate monitor, an InBody scan, an F45 merch pack.
All you have to do is head to the free trial that morning and you’re in the draw to win. Use their website to book a class (6.30, 7.45 and 9am on offer).
The event will also have some high profile figures in the fitness industry present. Injury assessments, mini massages and consulting options also available!
Gripped by fear at the above? Don’t worry, it’s understandable to feel apprehension. For those who are perpetually on a diet or afraid to cancel their gym subscription, I spoke to one of the owners, Emma, on what makes F45 different to normal gyms.
Using small group training with a focus on nutrition, F45 is open to any fitness level! With trainers customising workouts to suit each individual.
Not only that you’re promised a welcoming and judgement free space that strives to make a difference for the community.
Now that Fringe and Tasting Australia are behind us, we’re sure that we’re not the only ones feeling like we went a bit crazy in indulgence so it’s high time our health came back to the forefront.
The F45 Kidman Park opening will be happening this Saturday 27 April. You can find their new studio at 322-324 grange Rd, Kidman Park 5025. Email [email protected] for any booking queries.
