Highlighting their dedication to promoting local artisans, Store Manager Chris Hall emphasised the importance of backing homegrown producers.

“It’s more important than ever that we support local, and what better way to do it than by showcasing these incredible beverage producers in our incredible new space,” Chris said.

“The new space is remarkable, and we are really looking forward to utilising it throughout the coming months.”

The new tasting room is just one facet of the broader Panorama development project spearheaded by the Hurley Hotel Group.

The group have been busy at work transforming the former TAFE site in Panorama into a bustling hub of entertainment and hospitality, with a planned $35 million investment.

These establishments set the stage for an even grander second phase, which will include a five-story hotel. This hotel will boast 77 rooms spread over three levels, including 26 serviced apartments and a rooftop bar with versatile function spaces on the fifth floor.

Construction for the Panorama Hotel’s second stage is set to commence in early 2024, with an expected completion date in the spring of 2025. The ground floor will be a dynamic space, housing a casual café, bar, restaurant, gaming room, and sports bar.
