February 26th welcomed Chef partners Morgan McGlone, renowned for his culinary prowess at Sunday and Belle’s Hot Chicken, and Nathan Sasi, the founding chef behind culinary gems like Nomad and Mercado, hailing from the beloved Sydney wine bar, Bar Copains. Together, they orchestrated a culinary masterpiece that tantalised taste buds and ignites the senses.

Sounding good? Well mark your calendars for March 4th as another extraordinary collaboration unfolds. This time, it’s a union of culture, tradition, and culinary expertise, led by the talented trio of Rewi Spraggon, Tama Salive, and Rob Elliott. Joining him is Tama Salive, a seasoned chef with 34 years of experience, bringing his expertise in crafting Kai Maori cuisine to the table. Together, with the creative genius of large-scale event producer Rob Elliott, they curate a feast that pays homage to the shared customs and heritage of the Maori people.

These dining experiences eclipse the ordinary, offering guests a chance to immerse themselves in a world where food is not just sustenance but a form of artistry. Each event promises a unique blend of flavours, textures, and performances that ignite the senses and leave a lasting impression on all who attend.
