We love a bit of good Aussie rap, and Illy‘s up there as one of our favourites, and lucky for us, he’s coming to Adelaide very soon! But in the meantime, we’re loving his newly released music video for the single ‘You Say When‘.
Directed by Mark Alston and filmed on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the ‘You Say When’ video explores the dizzy highs of a new relationship and the emotional rollercoaster that ensues – a familiar tale of managing your emotions, while deep in the thrill of the chase.
‘You Say When’ is the new single from Illy’s #1 album, Two Degrees, which is out now. It also features the triple platinum single Papercuts featuring Vera Blue which came in at #7 on the Triple J Hottest 100 earlier this year and the ARIA platinum single Catch 22, featuring Anne-Marie which placed in the Hottest 100 at #23.
