This much anticipated thrilling showcase stars the best “riders” in the world in the most breathtaking landscapes.
Nuit de la Glisse films have been shown annually in cinemas across France, Switzerland, Germany and Norway for the last 30 years. IMAGINE – Life Spent on the Edge is the first film to be shown worldwide, and it hits selected Adelaide cinemas from 12 June 2014.
Featuring exceptional men and women who have built their lives around their passion of extreme boardsports, film director Thierry Donard (Pushing the Limits) and his team take the audience closer to these modern day heroes to share their lives and emotions.
The result is an action-packed film filled with exceptional images, stunning performances, intimate moments of fear, doubt and exhilaration together with incredible exploits technically inconceivable just a few years ago.
By bringing cameras closer to the action, Thierry Donard captured some of the purest emotions that spring forth in these special moments in a world ruled by adventure, speed, heights, highly specialized gear and boundaries which are continually pushed back.
