Known for their huge deep-dish pizzas and challenging specials such as the Deep Dish Destroyer, you’ll be so full you’ll have to roll yourself out after visiting Remy’s.

Remy’s three new April specials include ‘Garlic Honey Chicken with Sticky Wings’ pizzas, ‘Butter Beer’ cocktails and finally, a huge ‘Biscoff Pie’.

This month’s deep-dish pizza is a garlic honey chicken with sticky wings, featuring their signature thick crust brushed with melted butter. This huge savoury treat contains a range of sautéd vegetables and plenty of cheese inside. The hero of this dish is definitely the sticky goodness that is the honey chicken wings placed perfectly on top of your deep-dish masterpiece.

Craving something a little sweeter? Remy’s has got you covered, and their April dessert special biscoff pie is the perfect pick. Everyone knows that this delicious biscuit spread is a fan favourite and a must-pick option on any menu, now you can have it in the form of a pie! Topped with warm biscoff and whipped cream, what’s not to love about this rich desert?

Finally, wash it all down with the cocktail of the month, Butter Beer! This Harry-Potter-inspired drink special comes at the perfect time as the weather starts to cool down. After all, there is nothing more comforting than Harry Potter on a cold night.

Unfortunately, Hogsmead weren’t answering their phones to share their recipe, so Remy’s own delicious creation includes a blend of vodka, butterscotch sauce, butter, club soda and of course, whipped cream and cinnamon sugar… and maybe some more butterscotch!

Whether you go for the trifecta and try all three new menu items in one sitting or if you don’t think you can stomach it all at once, Remy’s will be serving up these specials all day, all month.

We owe these picturesque concoctions to Josh Rivers, the brains behind C.R.E.A.M, and his father Damon, who both opened Remy’s in February 2021.

After reaching out to Chicago’s Pequod’s Pizza (one of the most famous deep dish restaurants in America), Josh has worked to produce the most authentic version of deep dish pizza he can offer.

First originating in Chicago, deep dish pizza is a thick pizza baked in a pan and thickly layered with cheese, meat, vegetables, and sauce (in that order). Unlike New York-style pizza, the crust in very deep, creating a bulky pizza resembling a pie, rather than a flatbread.
