Indulge Your Sweet Tooth With An Edible Chocolate Garden!

There is chocolate and you can eat it. Need we say more…

Adelaide Central Plaza is excited to reveal their magnificent Edible Blooms Christmas Chocolate Garden. Showcasing now until 28th December 2015, the chocolate installation will proudly be on display for shoppers to enjoy this festive season.

Known for their out of the box gifting ideas, the Edible Blooms team are being applauded for their quirky approach to hand crafting the Chocolate Garden, with hundreds of kilos of chocolates from Lindt and Chocolatier Australia on show.

Co-Owners of Edible Blooms, Kelly Baker-Jamieson and Abbey Baker, are self-confessed ‘chocoholics,’ and have been visualising this unique and deliciously lavish idea for quite some time.

“We wanted to transform the visual wow factor of Edible Blooms gifting to create a world-first and produce a grand scale chocolate garden… We’re very excited to share this special feature with Adelaide Central Plaza this Christmas.

“The Chocolate Garden is our largest investment to date, and the perfect way to celebrate our ten year anniversary of Edible Blooms,” says Kelly Baker-Jamieson.

While Edible Blooms brought the Chocolate Garden to life, they approached renowned South Australian Gardening Presenter, Sophie Thomson from Sophie’s Patch, to design the authentic garden with a very tasty twist in mind.

“Aimed at children and adults alike, the Chocolate Garden will definitely test one’s willpower… The Rainbow Bloom Tree features the seven colours of the rainbow that are represented through Lindt flavours, including mint, white, dark, strawberries and cream, cookies and cream, hazelnut, and traditional milk,” says Kelly Baker-Jamieson.

The Chocolate Rainbow Wishing Wall took over thirty hours to complete and consists of more than 10,000 heart and star shaped milk chocolates. The Chocolate Pond features more than 200 litres of liquid chocolate with an additional 100 litres pumping through it. Kelly Baker-Jamieson says,

“This attraction is the perfect way to entertain children this Christmas, however the Chocolate Garden will unquestionably appeal to a variety of ages… After all, who doesn’t deserve a tasty treat every once in a while?”

“Now that Father Christmas has arrived at the David Jones Magic Cave, every chocolate lover and child’s dream can be found at Adelaide Central Plaza, and the smell of chocolate will be a welcome reminder of the magic of Christmas,” says Kelly Baker-Jamieson.

Located on Level One, Adelaide Central Plaza, in David Jones Rundle Mall, the Chocolate Garden is every sweet tooth’s guilty pleasure.
