When Messy Tomato opened on Flinders Street in Adelaide’s CBD last year, it quickly established itself as a mecca for all things brunch. Open 7 days a week, their brunch boards are TO DIE FOR, with generous with portion sizes, and their sweet dishes are also ridiculously good.
One dish which particularly caught our eye, (on @adelaidewhereshallweeat) was the tiramisu brioche French toast.
The French toast is soaked in Espresso liquid mix and then dressed with Mascarpone cream, chocolate soil, chocolate twig & raspberry crumble. A masterpiece created by Messy Tomato’s Chef Gunawan.
For $21 it’s a splurge, but when life is uncertain, eat dessert first.
