Inglewood Inn Puts Focus Back On SA With New Menu

Inglewood Inn has launched a new dining menu, putting the focus back onto SA produce and country flavours.

There’s nothing we love better than indulging in local produce and we’re sure you feel the same. So we thought we’d share some exciting news with you on this Thursday afternoon. Inglewood Inn has launched a new dining menu and it has all the local goods we so desire.

There is not much you’ll find at the Inglewood Inn that doesn’t come from South Australia. The wine list boasts a list of local favourites like Paracombe and Unico Zelo as well as crowd pleasers Vinteloper and Alpha Box and Dice. If wine isn’t your thing then they have Paracombe Perrys, Barossa Co ciders and an extensive range of gins, vodkas and whiskeys in their 1857 distillery bar to keep you cool this summer.

With their love of all things SA it seemed only fitting to finish things off by changing their tap beer selection to suit
as well. Apart from old heroes Coopers and West End, their 13 taps now feature the likes of Mismatch, Lobethal
Bierhaus, Big Shed, Brew Boys and Swell. You won’t find anything from interstate pouring here. The most exciting addition though has been the launch of “Inglewood Up To No Good” cold conditioned lager, specially brewed for them by long time pals at the Lobethal Bierhaus. But what is a good drinks selection without good food to match?

Completely overhauling their previous menu, Head Chef Brett Murray has come up with an all new dining experience putting the focus back onto SA produce and country flavours. Build a meal for yourself by choosing from small plates, big plates and a whole heap of sides and share it amongst friends. Whether its Stormy Bay Mussels, Quail stuffed with Udder Delights Blue Cheese or a monster 800gm serving of Tomahawk, you’ll wish you had more room to try everything on the menu.

Located in the Adelaide Hills, and just a short 30 minute drive from the CBD, the Inglewood Inn was built in 1857
and is proudly one of the few places in the world where the township was named after the pub. In recent years it
has undone extensive renovations, adding a balcony restaurant and beer deck with panoramic views of the rolling Adelaide Hills, 100 year old Elm and Gum trees and the Para River. It’s a perfect spot to sit back in summer and enjoy and gin and tonic or two.

The Inglewood Inn is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, enjoy a cocktail with a meal or have a Sunday session on the deck and go on a journey to find your favourite gin. They will be open all long weekend as well, so make sure you head on down at some point soon to taste all the best SA produce.
