InterContinental Adelaide will transform into the preferred Hotel for all bike enthusiasts during the Santos Tour Down Under in 2012, catering for a cyclists every need.
From January 13 – 23 a full time Bike Concierge and Bike Doctor will be on staff at the North Terrace hotel to tend to our guest’s bike and its rider.
InterContinental Adelaide General Manager, James Allen said he was thrilled to be offering a one of a kind service to those visiting Adelaide for the Tour Down Under.
“We are committed to exceeding the expectations of our guests and intend to deliver a service without boundaries that sets our hotel apart.
“Hopefully the extra services we provide will enhance the overall experience for our guests during the Tour Down Under, making us the hotel for all bike enthusiasts,” Mr Allen said.
The Bike Concierge will be the first to attend to the bike on arrival and carefully deliver the precious cargo up to the guest’s room.
Upon request the bike is visited by the Bike Doctor who will polish and care to the bikes every need.
“The InterContinental Adelaide Bike Concierge and Bike Doctor are trained bike technicians who will take the upmost pride when attending to our guests pride and joy.
