The Little Bang Brewing Company is legendary not only in South Australia, but nationwide.
The self-titled “nerds about beer” announced today that they will be saying goodbye to food trucks and readying the company for the opening of a Little Bang kitchen.
Whilst the details are currently minimal, we know the kitchen is set to open in October.
In 2015, Little Bang Brewing Company opened a cellar door in Stepney, later moving to a larger space in the same suburb for guests to visit and enjoy a drink.
Up until now, the food available has come from on-site food trucks, including the likes of Staazi & Co, Bohemian BBQ, and Sneaky Pickle.
With the announcement of the new kitchen, it seems as though Little Bang will now be taking over the cooking as well.
