Mayfair Hotel’s HENNESSY Rooftop Bar have a new spring and summer inspired cocktail menu, with a flavour that encapsulates all things sunshine, fruity and fun.
The Spring & Summer Spritzes champion seasonal fruits and would be a colourful highlight on your Insta feed!
These popular cocktails include the Bellini Spritz, the Watermelon Cooler, Elderflower Aperol Spritz, and the Blueberry Spritz.
The Bellini Spritz is a sweet combination of peach liqueur, prosecco and fresh peach, and lemon juice.
The Watermelon Cooler has (you guessed it) watermelon liqueur and fresh watermelon, prosecco, and lemon juice. The fresh mint leaf garnish proves to be the perfect summery pair.
The Elderflower Aperol Spritz has the light and floral flavour of elderflower melding with the citrusy zing of Aperol in this delightful cocktail.
The Blueberry Spritz is a love letter to the berry, featuring fresh blueberries and Chambord, plus black raspberry liqueur.
The rooftop bar menu also boasts share plates and grazing platters, which offer a selection of brie, olives, smoked almonds, prosciutto and many more treats to nibble on as you sip your bevvies. Can you think of anything better?
HENNESSY also offers regular live entertainment and city views seven days a week, so you’ve no excuse to not escape to the rooftop with your mates for a few cheeky mid-week spritzes.

The bar is open every evening — from 4pm to 11pm on Monday — Thursday, 3pm to 2am on Friday & Saturday, and 3pm and 10:30pm on Sunday.
