James Blunt announces 2025 tour in Australia and New Zealand to celebrate 20 years of ‘Back to Bedlam’

James Blunt is set to return to Australia and for his 2025 tour, performing his debut album ‘Back to Bedlam’ in full, along with his greatest hits.

After completing a successful 2024 national tour, James Blunt is set to head back down under, announcing a 2025 Australia and New Zealand tour. This tour commemorates the 20th anniversary of his hit debut album ‘Back to Bedlam’. Fans will experience the album performed live in its entirety alongside a collection of his greatest hits.

Blunt’s 2025 tour itinerary includes performances across major cities in both countries. Starting at Spark Arena in Auckland on October 21st, the Blunt will then move on to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, and conclude in Perth at RAC Arena on October 30th.

Tickets for the tour will be available early through a pre-sale starting at 9am local time on February 5th 2025, with general sales beginning on February 7th.

Following last year’s incredible tour of Oz, I knew I had to bring my Back To Bedlam 20th Anniversary Tour to you guys Down Under, and this time we’re sneaking in New Zealand, and I can’t wait to see all of you! I promise to deliver an unforgettable show!,” shared Blunt.

‘Back to Bedlam’, released in October 2004, propelled James Blunt into the international music arena. The album features chart-topping hits like “You’re Beautiful” and “Goodbye My Lover”. It topped the ARIA album charts and clinched the number eight spot on the ARIA Top 100 Albums of the 2000s. Achieving multi-platinum status in Australia and the UK, the album has sold over 12 million copies globally.

Besides ‘Back to Bedlam’, Blunt has released several successful albums including ‘All The Lost Souls’ (2007), ‘Some Kind of Trouble’ (2010), ‘Moon Landing’ (2013), ‘The Afterlove’ (2017), and ‘Once Upon A Mind’ (2019), all securing Top 10 spots on the ARIA Album Charts. His 2023 release ‘Who We Used To Be’ and his greatest hits compilation ‘The Stars Beneath My Feet’, which went Gold with over 100,000 copies sold, are proof of his ongoing success in the music industry.
