Jenny’s Bakery to open second store in mystery location

Popular sweet haven Jenny’s Bakery has announced it will soon open a second location.

Popular sweet haven Jenny’s Bakery has announced it will soon open a second location.

In a social media post today, the Bakery asked, ‘what’s better than one Jenny’s?’ before revealing that a second location was due to open later this year.

The original location, on Glen Osmond Road, is a staple amongst Adelaide’s sweet fiends.

Remember the good old days when the smell of freshly baked goods was part of the shopping experience? Well that’s what Jenny’s is trying to revive.

Jenny’s cakes are made fresh everyday, in-house in their Glen Osmond bakery. The team take great delight in crafting cakes and pastries often unique to their bakery.

Jenny’s Bakery’s desserts need to be seen to be believed, with the sweets menu featuring some unfamiliar items such as a twice-baked coconut croissant, or passionfruit swirl eclairs.

If you’re not on top of the craze yet, their famous cronuts (croissant + donut) are also to die for.

Some recent Jenny’s Bakery creations have been the Biscoff Longjohn, which looked insanely delicious, Violet Crumble Cronut and the TimTam cronut. They are also well known for their pastry delights year round.

So. Where will the second location be? In the North? The Hills? Down South? Time will tell. And so will we. Stay tuned.

The original Jenny’s Gourmet Bakery is at 81 Glen Osmond Road, Eastwood SA.
