Only 10 people will experience a gastronome’s dream: Simon Bryant – an extraordinary chef at his natural best – sharing his knowledge freely as he prepares a 2 course South Australian organic menu designed by Simon himself.
The function has been organised by Kick It To Me Events. Guests will take a place at the kitchen’s edge to watch Simon intently, sample organic wine and then take a seat at the intimate dinner table to enjoy the culinary delights and perhaps some more wine.
Tickets are still available and make an ideal Mother’s Day gift.
The function takes place on Saturday 21 May 2011, from 11am – 4pm at a private residence in Modbury, South Australia,
Simon’s food philosophy is simple – get the most ethically sourced, local and fresh ingredients as possible, prepare them with a minimum of fuss, stand back and let the produce speak for itself.
The exclusive 2 course menu is being designed by Simon to feature organic produce supplied by OrganicBox and organic wines from Hart of the Barossa.
Organic Box is a certified organic retailer who home deliver a range of fruit, vegetables, grass-fed local beef, dairy and grocery items to Adelaide and various SA Country locations.
Hart of the Barossa is a premium organic wine brand produced by vintners Michael and Alisa Hart, custodians of the oldest certified organic vineyard in the Barossa Valley.
