Anyone fancy a road trip through all our beautiful, world-renown wine regions? How about condensing it all to one glorious night where all the wine regions come to you instead?
That’s exactly what this spectacular evening hosted by Sprout Cooking School aims to do. Regional Reds will take you on a journey through four of our wine regions and some of Australia’s most respected wineries.
You’ll get to compare premium wines from McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Coonawarra, and the Adelaide Hills. Grenache, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, and pinot noir will all feature as you take a tour through South Australian vineyards.
And that’s not all! These gorgeous wines will be matched to a menu specifically designed to showcase the region, the vineyard, and the complexity of each wine, including delicacies like oysters, venison tartare, Coorong mullet bouillabaisse, spiced lamb, sticky beef short ribs. Dessert also features the classic macarons and baklava.
South Australia has some of the oldest vines in the world, a perfect temperate climate, and one of the most clean and pristine environments in the world, which combine to make perfect grape growing conditions and world class wines — that deserves to be celebrated.

- Shaw and Smith Shiraz, Adelaide Hills
