Market lovers, rejoice! The ultimate twilight markets are hitting Adelaide this summer, where punters will be able to drink wine, sling clay and peruse artisan stalls.
Karma and Crow are embracing the impending silly season, turning their much-loved location into a magical night market to celebrate the lead up to Christmas.
The first market will see the Richmond eatery transform into a twilight wine party, where market-goers can expect an epic evening of small producer stalls, piping hot food, bonfires, wine and more this November 19.
The markets will be on the lush lawn of Karma and Crow, with their Get Good Market also rolling up their doors for the nighttime crowds. While several market stalls will be running on the night, guests of the twilight event can expect the likes of ceramics by Little Gum Studio and stunning unique jewellery pieces by Solomen Pieces.
Several boutique wines will shine at the night markets, with Karma and Crow putting the spotlight on homegrown and small South Australian producers – just like they do at their ever-popular Wednesday and Friday wine nights. Market-goers can expect to treat themselves to several tipples of lo-fi, organic wines across several wine flights hosted on the evening.
While the venue hasn’t released their line-up of what wines we can expect, Karma and Crow are regularly pouring the likes of Tanunda’s Yetti and Kokonut, Riverland’s Delinquenete and Victoria-based Minimum Wines. Indulge in a glass of SA wine, and treat yourself to a buttermilk fried chicken burger or an array of grazing boards, with the kitchen also whipping up the usual nighttime crowd favourites.

A ‘sip and sculpt’ event hosted by See Someone Studio will also run on the night for those wanting to unleash their inner artists, aptly named Wine the Clay Away. Attendees will be able to sling some clay and build a unique vessel across the two-hour guided class. With a glass of wine (or two), guests will be like Ghost’s Patrick Swayzee and Demi Moore in no time. The class costs $60, inclusive of the clay, class and a complimentary glass of wine.
While Richmond warehouse hasn’t released further dates, Karma and Crow hope to host the wicked wine markets until Christmas. These twilight markets are a great chance to uncover and support small local producers and find the perfect gift to place under the Christmas tree.
You can find Karma and Crow at 249-251 Richmond Rd, Richmond SA 5033
