Celebrate New Year with a four course dinner at Stamford Grand

The beachside hotel will take you to the new year with a gorgeous four-course meal paired with Hentley Farm wine.

The Stamford Grand Adelaide Hotel in Glenelg urges you to “welcome the New Year in style” at its four-course wine dinner.

The venue teamed up with Hentley Farm Wines to host the booking-required event, which is described as classy and delicious, in its grand ballroom.

For $165 a person, guests will receive a glass of sparkling wine and four courses, each of which comes paired with a complimentary glass of Hentley Farm wine. Further beverages are available for purchase throughout the night.

Attendees will dine to the sound of Adelaide cover duo Point 05 singing in the background.

The mouth-watering menu is as follows:

First Course
Southern bluefin tuna lightly cooked with olive oil, lemon and thyme, served with green beans, soft boiled egg and caper mayonnaise.

Second Course
Butter poached chicken breast, served with crisp pancetta, pumpkin and cashew nut puree and broccolini.

Third Course
Oven roasted beef tenderloin, served with fondant potatoes, black garlic, board beans and baby carrots.

Fourth Course
Cherry Bavarois made with Adelaide Hills cherries.

While pandemic-induced restrictions may change how many celebrate the end of 2020, the Stamford Grand makes one thing clear: “That won’t stop us celebrating!”

With current restrictions, you can also get your boogie on as dancing is allowed at this event.  

The dinner begins at 7:30pm at the Stamford Grand on December 31.
