Chef and owner Ben Bertei has curated two bespoke New Year’s Eve menus, designed to suit different styles of festivities while staying true to Kiin’s bold, seasonal approach.
For those planning to toast the night before heading elsewhere, Early Bird Dining offers a refined yet relaxed way to start the celebrations. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Devaux ‘Blanc de Noir’ Champagne on arrival, followed by a four-course feasting menu crafted by Bertei, showcasing Kiin’s signature balance of vibrant flavours, premium produce and elegant presentation. Priced at $175 per person, it’s an ideal option for diners who want to indulge without committing to a late night.
Those keen to linger a little longer can opt for the more immersive Celebratory Dining experience. This offering begins with a bespoke New Year’s Eve cocktail on arrival, setting the tone for a five-course feasting menu designed for a leisurely evening of shared plates and standout flavours. As the clock strikes midnight, guests will be handed a glass of Devaux ‘Blanc de Noir’ Champagne to toast the New Year from their seats, making the moment feel both intimate and festive. Celebratory Dining is priced at $225 per person.
Adding to the atmosphere, resident DJ Nick Fahey will be spinning vinyl into the night, creating an energetic yet stylish soundtrack that carries the room well beyond midnight.
