On September 28th, immerse yourself in the world of exquisite Asian fusion cuisine, expertly curated by the Koomo team, paired with the exceptional offerings of Rusden Wines.
The enchanting atmosphere of Koomo, renowned for its blend of modern elegance and creativity, will be the backdrop for this sensational evening.
You’ll be able to enjoy five delicious dishes that fuse flavours in an innovative and delicious way. The evening kicks off with a delectable Pumpkin Bread accompanied by Nori Butter and Sea Salt – a warm and inviting introduction that sets the stage for what’s to come.
The first course is a Scallop Crudo, elegantly paired with a Chenin Blanc White Wine. Nashi Pear, Yuzu, and Sesame Dressing are the staple ingredients that showcase the perfect balance between dish and wine.
The Tempura Prawns, paired with the Wildwood Cinsault, offer a contrast in textures and tastes, as the crispy prawns are elevated by the more nuanced Cinsault.
From the Pressed Pork Sausage infused with Driftsand Grenache to the Wagyu Beef Fillet Mignon paired with Black Guts wine, the evening promises to be a tasty journey through some exceptional food and drink.
Koomo is officially the highest restaurant in the city, located on Level 10 of Crowne Plaza Adelaide. When guests arrive to level 10, they are welcomed by magnificent views of the city and Adelaide Hills. Koomo greets guests with palatial brass doors, beautiful timber and stone features, a grand island bar and an open kitchen which creates a sense of anticipation for the dishes that exit. Koomo’s stunning interior is inspired by Art Deco and Japanese design.
