Korean fried chicken joint CNB opens on the Parade

CNB––an acronym for Chicken and Burger––has a Korean “K-Dog” corndog, a selection of tap beers, and Korean-style chicken burgers.

Move aside, Colonel. There’s a new KFC in town.

Adelaide’s newest Korean Fried Chicken offering has opened on the Norwood Parade.

CNB––an acronym for Chicken and Burger––has a Korean “K-Dog” corndog, a selection of tap beers, and Korean-style chicken burgers.

The Norwood spot comes from the Plus 82 Pocha crew, Steven Lee, Hyunwoo Kang, Kelsey O’Reily, Woojong Hwang. Lee describes their newest venture as “really fun and funky, like KFC but the Korean style fried chicken.”

CNB is more casual compared to its sister restaurant Plus 82 Pocha, which was one of the pioneers of Korean Fried Chicken in Adelaide.

The chicken joint has takeaway available, but with the bright fit out with a neon archway and colourful wall prints, you may want to stay and enjoy an ice-cold tap beer.

Find CNB here and on their Instagram

Find CNB at 177-193 Parade Central, Norwood.
