In a milestone year for the national polo series ‘Polo in the City’, established in 2005, Polo Events Australia is proud to announce long standing sponsor Land Rover is adding extra horsepower to the events by elevating to presenting sponsor in 2015.
One of the world’s leading manufacturers of premium vehicles, Land Rover, has a long and celebrated history with the sport of polo across the globe. Set to bring international tradition and prestige to our shores, Land Rover will power celebrations for the 10th anniversary of Australia’s only national polo event, kicking-off in Sydney on Saturday, November 14 before continuing in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide under a new series title ‘Land Rover Polo in the City’.
Over 10 spectacular years, the Polo in the City series has become the largest national polo series in the world, generating international exposure for all Australian host cities and cementing its position as a veritable marketing and hospitality platform for premium, luxury and performance brands as well as the go-to polo event of the spring summer calendar.
Guests will enjoy another spectacular day out at this year’s Land Rover Polo in the City, featuring the finest sporting fun and entertainment set amongst an impressive VIP marquee, corporate marquees and the vibrant Stella Artois Polo Lounge at the best inner city locations.
The Land Rover Marquee will host more than 600 guests over five weeks in five states. In its endless quest to go above and beyond, Land Rover will once again provide world-class hospitality for guests whilst showcasing a selection of premium vehicles at each event.
The Stella Artois Polo Lounge will offer spectators a front-row seat to the action in a comfortable ‘beer garden’ style marquee with music by a leading DJ, top food and beverage options for sale, pamper lounges, promotions and the chance to be selected for the series Fashions on the Field competition.
Land Rover Polo in the City guests will also be encouraged to partake in polo traditions throughout the day including the men and women’s dash and divot stomp.
Tickets are now on sale for this year’s Land Rover Polo in the City via Ticketek with prices for the Stella Artois Polo Lounge starting at $72.90.
