InterContinental Adelaide is hosting a Four Pillars Masterclass, where you’ll learn how to make their favourite gin and tonic, whip up a classic Negroni, and shake up a Basil Smash.
You get to enjoy all the drinks you make, of course, alongside some delicious bar snacks courtesy of InterContinental Adelaide.
The real experience, though, is in learning from James Irvine, the current Creative Director of gin drinks at Four Pillars. His resume is impressive, boasting a full and glorious eight years of bartending and a whole bunch of awards, including Time Out Best Bartender 2016, ALIA Bartender of the Year 2016, and winner of the Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge Australia 2016, to name a few.
