Professional sommelier (aka wine waiter) Daniel Ho will lead you and your taste buds on a 90-minute food adventure and help you navigate through a selection of pleasantly sharp and creamy cheeses that will remind you of France but are all made right here in our own backyard with only the finest local South Australian produce.
Not only will Daniel expertly pair the range of cheeses to the perfect wine, he’ll educate you on his choices and inform you on what to look for and how to understand your palate.
The sessions are exclusive and intimate allowing you to really dive deeply into the education and learn some of the best-kept secrets from SA’s finest cheesemongers. In this setting, you will be able to ask questions and really hone in on this opportunity to learn about the craft.
