Les Deux Coqs Has A New Prospect Location

Think smallgoods, a selection of French cheeses, glass jars of their sauces and fresh baguettes and croissants fresh every morning.

Following the success of its Central Market location, Les Deux Coqs have recently opened the doors of their suburban commercial kitchen to the public.

The small new shop on Prospect Road is handy for those wanting to quickly pop in and grab a few of their locally made French pastries and other cultural treats.

French couple and owners, Bastien Verslype and Katia Vincon says that almost all of the products found at the Les Deux Coqs Central Market location are produced at the Prospect Store and then transported into the city.

Verslype and Vincon are probably one of three or four producers of french smallgoods, surprising customers as they think products are imported from overseas.

The idea of their Prospect store is completely different from their Central Market location as it is more commercial and has more a of factory outlet feel.

You can quickly go in and out, purchasing from their range of smallgoods, a selection of French cheeses, and glass jars of their sauces. They are also baking baguettes and croissants fresh every morning.
