Popular vegan and vegetarian delicatessen Let Them Eat have announced the opening of a brand new pop-up store in The Grove shopping centre.
Due to open on Monday 30 August, the pop-up will be serving up some of the nutritious eatery’s best-loved dishes, included cauliflower cheese parcels, broccoli and halloumi frittatas, not-mac and cheese, falafel balls and their range of delicious salads.
The deli made the announcement via their Instagram this morning, with the Golden Grove location open and ready to serve up sustainable, freshly-made dishes from 9 til 5:30 Monday to Friday and 9 til 5 Saturday and Sunday, for those who need their weekend fix of fast, fresh goodness.
Let Them Eat have built up a flurry of loyal customers who can’t get enough of their veto and vegetarian ready-to-eat meals as well as sweet treats such as vegan cookies and cupcakes on offer.
Founded by Tanya Agius and Danielle Frankish, Let Them Eat appears to be taking Adelaide by storm, with The Grove pop-up joining their collection of other locations including Norwood, James Place in the CBD, Westfield, Burnside Village, and a new stall in the Adelaide Central Markets, the opening of which marked the first fully vegan deli in South Australia.
The deli was one of the many Adelaide businesses affected by the shock cancellation of the Royal Adelaide Show, which was declared officially cancelled for the second year running by Steven Marshall last week.
As a thriving part of the Festival State’s foodie community, Let Them Eat can be found popping up at a number of statewide events dishing up their delicious fayre, from Vegan Festival to The Handpicked Festival.
