Lexus of Adelaide Make-A-Wish Gala Ball Is Coming This May

The 2018 Lexus of Adelaide Make-A-Wish Gala Ball is shaping up to be another lavish and glamorous affair, whilst giving hope to seriously ill children and teenagers.

One of Adelaide’s favourite charity gala’s is returning this 2018, with tickets now on sale for the Make-A-Wish Gala Ball, presented by Lexus of Adelaide.

Gather up your group, because who doesn’t love donning a ball gown (or tux) and heading down to the Adelaide Oval for a night of good food, good entertainment and good feels?!

We’ve been promised that this year is set to be bigger and better than ever, with the 32nd anniversary of the Ball set to make over $180,000 to support Make-A-Wish’s important work.

Guests will enjoy a gourmet three-course meal, unlimited beverages, live entertainment features the fabulous The CAST Band, Bellarouge dance company with MC, and King of Australian Lamb, Sam Kekovich. Plus, just by heading off to the event you could win a trip for two to Europe!! (Thanks Qatar Airlines and Travel Associates!!).

Make-A-Wish aims to fulfil the wishes of children and teenagers suffering from life threatening medical conditions. Since 1986, the Branch has granted over 800 “wishes” to sick Australian children, giving them some hope and respite, amid their difficult and often heartbreaking circumstances. Vice President of the Make-A-Wish Australia Adelaide Branch, Frank Jackowiak says the Ball “enables us to fund wishes and create magic, joy and precious memories for these children and their families”.

Jackowiak is appreciative of the support Make-A-Wish receives through the Ball, noting they don’t receive Government funding and are solely reliant on private donations from the public and sponsors, pointing out that: “without our supporters, these children’s wishes simply wouldn’t be able to come true”.

Last year was a sell out – so get in quick, or you might miss out!

Tickets 2018 Lexus of Adelaide Make-A-Wish Gala Ball on May 19th at Adelaide Oval are $175 per person or $2,200 for a corporate table. Tickets available here
