With home gathering capped at ten people, and limited capacity at the Adelaide Oval, many South Aussies are missing out on Showdown celebrations this weekend under the new statewide COVID restrictions.
If you’re still keen to show your support for whichever iconic Aussie side you barrack for in this special 50th Showdown, the Arkaba Hotel are throwing a Showdown shindig this Saturday in their top room with food, free drinks and of course, all the footy action you can hope for.
With seated consumption of food and beverage not requiring a mask you’ll be free to support your team at Arkaba’s iconic venue, where a $30 ticket will give you a guaranteed seat, access to all the action live and loud on three giant screens, as well as some delicious food and drink options.
Your ticket will include two free drinks, which can be from a choice of tap beer, house wines or soft drinks, and an Ark Snacker Box which includes an Ark cheeseburger, two fried chicken tenders, chips and slaw.
There’ll be special drink deals on all night whether you’re celebrating your teams win or drowning your sorrows, the fun celebrations for Showdown 50 don’t have to be marred by COVID restrictions.
