Little Miss Dive Shop Sets Sail!

Little Miss Dive Shop will open their doors for the very last time on May 28. It’s last drinks and last cheeseburgers for the coming fortnight.

Since 2012, the crew from Little Miss Group have had their flagship taking pride of place on the corner of Grenfell & Frome St. Friday and Saturday in Adelaide has always felt like they had a tad more frivolity whether you visited the Miami/Mexico concepts or the Dive Shop/Crab Shack operating since 2015, where you’d walk behind those old television screens of the shop front and seat yourself down for a lovingly served liquor.

Sadly, those days are soon to end. Little Miss Dive Shop has been given a notice that their license will end on May 28, and so just before midnight that night the very last drinks ever will be called. And last cheeseburgers.

“The staff are sad that it’s winding up but we’ve had a great few years and will be looking to the future with everything we’ve learned from our time here,” says bar manager Zac Fry. “We’re not sure what’s coming next by Tom (Skipper) and Stuart (Duckworth, of the Little Miss Group) always stay tight lipped until they have things ready to roll out.”

In the mean time, for the coming 4 trading days the bar will be offering a very decent list of drink specials because, quite simply, they won’t be able to take any remaining liquor with them once the bar closes. It’s not quite a fire sale, but they’ll certainly be looking to clear the shelves.

Thanks for the beats and the memories Little Miss Dive Shop! Don’t be a stranger! They will be open from 4pm to 2am Friday & Saturday until May 28.
