Liv Eat, the popular health-focused quick service restaurant taking Australia by storm, is opening its first store in Adelaide tomorrow morning. Newly located on Pulteney Street, this vibrant eatery is ready to help locals embrace healthy, active lifestyles with delicious, nutritionally rich meals.

Founded in 2006 by three friends in Tasmania, Liv Eat has grown from a single location to a beloved brand with 16 stores across three states, including Melbourne and Sydney airports.

Adelaide’s food lovers can look forward to a healthy, wholesome, and delicious menu, featuring plenty of options for diverse dietary needs. Known for its commitment to health and wellbeing, the pick-up/takeaway restaurant serves up a tantalising menu that includes warm bowls, fresh salads, hearty sandwiches, flavourful burritos, healthy burgers, refreshing smoothies, and ethically sourced coffee.

Their mission, “to make the world a healthier, happier place…one customer at a time,” remains at the heart of everything they do.

Leading the Adelaide store is franchisee Rebecca Noble, a seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience, including her time with Yum Restaurants! and as Managing Director of Inclusion Foods, renowned for its gluten-free, egg-free, and dairy-free offerings.

“To say that I’m excited about bringing Liv Eat to Adelaide would be an understatement,” Rebecca shares.

“As a Mum with children who have dietary sensitivities, I have always aimed to incorporate inclusive, health-friendly menu items in my venues. Liv Eat is taking things one step further.”

To celebrate the grand opening, customers visiting the store on opening day can enjoy a free coffee with any breakfast purchase until 10:30am, be one of the first 100 customers from 11 am and receive a free burrito bowl from 11 am to 2 pm or indulge in $10 crispy chicken burger meals for dinner.

The new eatery has popped up on the corner of Pulteney and York Streets, right across from Rundle Mall and next to Hungry Jacks, Rundle St and will be open seven days a week, from 6:30am to 8pm, with extended hours on weekends.
