Renovated and rejuvenated, the Feathers Hotel Greenhouse restaurant now boasts a brand new sociables menu.
The hidden gem of the new menu, allied with the impressive dining experience in a chic and elegant atrium-style space, is Lobster Sliders.
As part of the social starters mix and match options, blanketed with brown butter aioli and lime, the lobster brioche roll can be ordered along with a choice of Chicken Wings, Arancini Balls, Duck Spring Rolls, Karaage Chicken, and Haloumi Chips. Delish!
Whilst that should be more then enough to give the Burnside based establishment a visit, the refurbished Greenhouse Restaurant, Garden Bar and Lounge will leave a lasting impression.
Designed in collaboration by Carlo Panozzo of Folland Panozzo Architects, Interior Designer Claire Kneebone and Matthews Hospitality Creative Director Sarah Matthews; step outside to the Garden Bar sporting a superb spirit spread and an opulent garden aesthetic.
The sociable menu also includes Coffin Bay oysters, Salumi platter, tacos, and a cheese platter.
