Over 350 people came out to celebrate the launch of Adelaide’s latest night haunt, the Loft Oyster and Wine Bar, level 1, 128 Gouger Street, Adelaide, on the 22nd May. Guests enjoyed Louis Roederer and stunning cocktails by Adelaide’s own celebrated cocktail mixologist and Loft Bar manager, Edward Alder.
Playing homage to the building’s heritage (built in 1914), The Loft Oyster and Wine Bar is all about bringing back the glamour of a simpler time, where people looked forward to a pre dinner cocktail and the all important night cap!
The Loft has carefully been designed as a place for friends and colleagues to meet relax and unwind. Many will enjoy that it is a place where conversion can flow freely without the in intrusion of DJ or band. It’s the perfect destination for before or after dinner drinks. To put it simply, the Loft has the X factor that Adelaide night life has been missing.
On entry you will notice the Loft is the perfect unique mix of old meets new, from the fit out to the menu. And while some may question the conciseness of both the food and wine menus, it all about pairing! All the wines on the Loft’s wine list have been tried and tested to be paired perfectly with the food menu. Foodies will love the spectacular range of oysters on offer!
