Longview Vineyard opens luxury day spa

Longview Vineyard has opened a luxury day spa in the Adelaide Hills. Enjoy award-winning wines alongside a unique day spa vineyard experience.

In a South Australian first, award winning, family owned and operated, Adelaide Hills vineyard, Longview, has opened the doors to its new Day Spa – the first Day Spa in a vineyard setting.

Located just outside Macclesfield in the Adelaide Hills, the day spa makes Longview the ultimate destination to eat, drink, stay and now relax and rejuvenate.

“Our team is often asked what guests can experience at Longview; the opening of a day spa adds another string to our bow – eat, drink, stay and now, relax,” said Longview CEO, Peter Saturno.

“We are proud of what we have created at Longview, but a tourism experience is a journey of discovery and we welcome locals, interstate guests and international visitors to share this with us.

“The time has come for a new iteration of Longview and we welcome guests to enjoy the ultimate relaxation experience in our state-of-the-art day spa.”

The team at Longview has crafted an exceptional offering, true to the existing Longview ethos of flipping concepts on their head to create the ultimate experience.

The new, purpose-built spa offers a range of treatments designed for guests to indulge in. Treatments begin with a consultation with an accredited therapist, ensuring each experience is customised to suit the individual wants and needs of guests.

The massage menu is extensive, offering guests tailored options including hot stone, men’s and customised treatments.

Other Day Spa treatments include:

  • Facials
  • Manicure
  • Pedicure
  • Pamper packages

Most products used in the day spa are made locally in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills including Swiss Wellness organic skincare range manufactured in Flaxley, Kindred self essential oils crafted in Port Adelaide and the signature Longview scented Etikette candles made in Bridgewater.

Following treatments, guests can nourish and replenish with a choice of two grazing platters, Wellness or Adelaide Hills Produce Platter. Both champion local fare and highlight stars of the region.

Longview’s award-winning wines are also available for guests to enjoy on the Day Spa balcony, overlooking the Pinot Noir vineyard – completing the unique day spa vineyard experience.

“There is an opportunity for guests to enjoy the vineyard setting and experience our wines after,” said Peter.

“A full menu of treatments can be found online. Guests are welcome to extend their Longview Day Spa experience by staying in one of our 4.5-star accommodation options, or indulge in an Italian inspired meal at the cellar door (weekends only).”

Inspired by the family’s Italian heritage, Longview has crafted a cellar door menu to complement each wine tasting. In addition to the new day spa, Longview has opened brand-new accommodation offering,
The Lodge, an exciting addition. The day spa and cellar door are one step away from the front.

The Lodge sleeps an additional eight guests, taking the total accommodation offering to 44 on the property – the most onsite accommodation of any Adelaide Hills vineyard.

The sweeping open plan lodge accommodation and spacious chefs kitchen welcomes guests to create lifelong memories.
