When you’re digging through the Adelaide Fringe guide, choosing a show can be somewhat overwhelming. I mean, some of us are trying to squeeze 3-4 shows in a day (and yes, it’s exhausting but so so fun), but it’s always helpful to find some recommendations to make choosing a show easier.
To help with this, Adelaide Fringe awards the best shows each week. The Awards celebrate the diverse and wonderful shows presented throughout the festival season. The weekly awards are announced every week of the festival, and overall awards are presented at a special in-person ceremony at the end of the festival.
