Iconic Adelaide Hills hangout Lot 100 has announced the first ever annual South Australian Spirit Producers Association SpiritFest.
SpiritFest will bring 25 of South Australia’s best distilleries together, which is sure to make for a pretty special day.
Obviously there will be a huge focus on gin, as South Australia is becoming so well known for that, and there will also be an emphasis on Vodka, Whiskey and aperitifs.
The fest is a great way for you to get out of your comfort zone and perhaps try something a little bit different.
Tastings from the 25 distillers will be free, and food will be available at both the Lot 100 restaurant, and food trucks.
If you need a rest from spirits, don’t worry as the Lot 100 bar will also be open serving up all your beer, cider and wine needs.
Tickets to the event are $50, and include:
- SASPA book and map
- Full afternoon of free tasting at all 25 spirit tents
- Take-home glass and entry into a competition to win 25 bottles of spirits on the day
- Live music and lawn games
SpiritFest is taking place on March 21 from 10am to 5pm at Lot 100, 68 Chambers Road.
